Sephora by OPI- Ocean Love Potion & Flowers

Hello everyone. Last time I wore this color was in 2009, when my husband got it for me as a Christmas gift. Ocean Love Potion is a teal creme polish, it applied perfectly, and it only needed two coats.

After a few hours I decided to paint some flowers on my nails, using a clipboard I got at Target as my inspiration :D

China Glaze: Kinetic Candy & Comparison

Hi everyone! Today I have an awesome color from China Glaze's Electropop collection. I ordered it on eBay because the Sally's I go to is terribly lame and they never have anything new or cool. Anyway, this is the color that caught my eye, I don't own that may light blues.

China Glaze Kinetic Candy is a light blue creme. The formula was a little thick but it only needed 2 coats to be opaque.

Sorry for the crappy pictures, the weather has been pretty gloomy these past few days.

I compared Kinetic Candy on my nails and on a plastic nail display.

Hello everyone. I wanted to draw some fireworks but they look more like flowers, then I added some random dots. Manicure fail.

I'm finally posting my Christmas manicure, sorry it took so long :( I wanted to draw a tree on my ring finger but it didn't turn out very nice, so I made a tree using dots instead. I used acrylic paint for the dots.

Today I have another Christmas manicure. I wanted to use one of the characters from IHaveACupcake's Santa and Friends tutorial, so I picked the snowman because Liz loves them. :) On my right hand I added two snowflake stickers, since I can't draw with my left hand.

Hi everyone! Today I have another Christmas manicure. I'm practicing on my snowflake art so these aren't that awesome. I made a mistake on my pinky so I drew some trees instead. I used acrylic paint for the designs. I wanted to use a pretty glittery blue as the base, so I used two different polishes.

Hello everyone! My internet connection was down so I couldn't publish this post sooner. On Saturday I was painting my nails and right when I was about to draw on some dots, two of my nails smudged. I got angry and my husband volunteered to give me a manicure. He picked out a white nail polish, red and green acrylic paint and my nail art tools. He blindfolded me so I couldn't see what designs he was drawing. The base is three coats of OPI- Alpine Snow

I drew some dots on Liz's nail because she kept saying "Mommy nail polish, Mommy nail polish" and she put her little hands on my desk so I could paint them. I used pink and purple acrylic paint with a dotting tool. Afterwards she wanted me to take a picture of her nails. When I was younger I always wanted a sister so I could paint her nails and play with her hair. Instead I got an annoying, ugly brother (lol) whose birthday was today so we got to eat oreo cake. :D

Today I have one my of backlogged posts. I took these pictures last month (Nov.5th except for the last two pictures) I'm currently wearing the same color because I didn't want to leave my Christmas art fail on my nails from yesterday. I love this polish, it dries super fast and I like to wear it with a topcoat because it makes it shiny :) I used 2 coats and then added Seche Vite.

Christmas Nail Art

It's finally December! I love this time of year, all the holidays and cold weather! Today I used some acrylic paints from Michael's to draw some Christmas designs on my nails, this was my first time using them along with my nail art brushes. I bought my nail art brushes from ebay seller: susuway. I mixed white and brown to make light brown but I didn't mix them well enough, so my gingerbread man looks swirled lol. Also I have new lighting for my pictures, my husband bought me a cool lamp for my nail pictures :)

Hello! I hope everyone is having a fun Halloween. This year I'm not taking Liz out to trick or treat, it's super cold and I'm feeling lazy lol. I always paint my nails orange for Halloween, but I wanted to try something different this year. I looked up some tutorials on youtube and I absolutely loved goldiestarling's lil frankie nail tutorial, so that's what I did. :)

When I first bought OPI Uh-Oh Roll Down the Window and I remembered I had Zoya Shawn at home, I was so mad because I thought I had bought a dupe, but they're aren't the same lol

Hello! It's almost November and I'm just posting my breast cancer awareness post. My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer after she found a bump this year in January, right now she's going through radiation and chemotherapy. Before that I never checked myself for bumps, now I do. So be sure to check yourself and have yearly mammograms.

Hey everyone! Sorry I've been MIA for so long. My nails are really short right now, so I decided to post something different. I was bored so I took pictures of my dresser. I'm not trying to brag or anything, I don't even have a lot of stuff compared to other girls I've seen online. I love watching make-up, jewelery, and nail polish collection videos on YouTube. :)

Lotion basket, I also keep my EOS balm, vitamin e skin oil, and moisturizer in there too.

Perfumes and body sprays. Dove deodorant lol, Lush shower jellies (About two weeks ago I went to Lush for the first time, it was cool)

Make-up, hair ties, and other random things live in those drawers.

I keep make-up remover wipes and eyeshadow in the little box. BBW hand sanitizer.

Cars 2 "brush holder" :D It was like 90 cents at Walmart. I have mostly all ELF brushes, 2 Sonia Kashuk and one Avon brush.

Hello! I know this is late but I wanted to show you my "masterpiece 4th of July eye makeup" (I called it a masterpiece because I suck at applying makeup and this looked decent, at least to me)

I didn't do anything interesting with nails that day, I just painted them all red. But I do have something cool on my nails right now that I will try to post tomorrow. :)

Happy first day of summer. I personally hate the summertime because of the heat and I sweat A LOT. The only good thing for me is, summer=beach :) I wanted to wear something really bright and pretty, so I chose Zoya- Ali: 2 coats, it dries kind of matte but I used a top coat. Mac Wonder Woman Collection: Spirit of Truth- The first coat was super opaque on most of my nails but I used two coats to even it out.

The box is so awesome :)

Hello! I hope everyone had a Happy Easter. Today we stayed home all day and ordered Chinese food. I baked some Easter cookies but I accidentally burned them so no cookies for us. Liz was pointing at them and it made me feel bad because she wanted some. :(

Zoya Breezi & Close Dupe

Hi everyone! About a week ago my Zoya polishes from their BOGO arrived. I ordered Mira and Breezi. Today I'm showing you Breezi, I painted Liz's toenails with Mira and I will post that up soon. I used 2 coats and it covered perfectly. After I finished painting my nails I was like"I think I already have this color" lol I took out OPI- Suzi says Feng Shui from my stash and compared them. Pictures below. ^ Bottle Pic ^ Indoors ^ Sunlight ^ With Flash ^ OPI Suzi Says Feng Shui & Zoya Breezi I swatched both colors on fake nails then I cropped the color squares because the picture with the fake nails looked horrible. In the bottle both polishes look the same, but Breezi is a tad bit darker so you don't really need to own both. I really like the Zoya formula, I've been wearing Breezi for about 4 days and I only have minor tip wear. Thanks for reading, stay tuned for more swatches :)

Hello! I went to Ulta the day before my birthday to buy OPI Black Shatter and they were sold out. Then the next day we went out to eat and there was a nail salon next door to the restaurant and they had Black Shatter, so I bought it and Last Friday Night from the Katy Perry collection. For my St. Patrick's mani I used Sally Hansen's Spring Green from the Insta-Dri line and one coat of Black Shatter.

I'm back!! I finally got a new computer, well laptop :) My old computer crashed, so the 3,000+ pictures I had on there are gone forever. These past three months have been pretty crazy and depressing too. My mom had surgery last month and I've been spending more time with her. Liz is doing great, same old annoying Lizzy-poo. My husband and I are super happy, besides the whole still renting out a room thing. Also, I'm twenty years old now :D

She sent me some cute stickers too, which I will use soon. I recieved the awesomely cool Mystic Lilac. I used 4 coats but it was totally worth it. Mystic Lilac is a greyish purple with bluish-green shimmer.

Hey everyone!!! After a whole month I finally have internet and we finally settled into our new place :D
Liz started walking a few weeks ago, and she's off the baby bottle now. :D
Our new place isn't as bad as I thought it was gonna be, except I can't shower late, like past 8:30pm is late. Boo. My nails are really short right now, and I have to wash dishes more often now, so my nail polish chips faster.
I went to Sally's last week and they only had the Vintage Vixen collex. so I got one bottle since I can't really afford more right now.

Today I decided to swatch on my fake nails, I didn't glue them on because they are a pain in the toe to take off, so I taped them on lol
Essie: Pretty Edgy- A pretty grass green creme (2 coats)
OPI- Jade is the New Black- An awesome dusty green creme (2 coats)
Both polishes applied well, but I don't like the brush on the Essie polishes.

Today is Liz's first birthday. How the time flies by. It feels like I bought her home just yesterday, but it also feels like I had her forever. Weird. o_O

Yesterday my mom, Bunny, Liz and I went to the mall. They have a fish store so we went in and they had huge koi, but they were like $600, so my mom bought Liz a beta fish. Bunny and my brother wanted to name the fish "killer" but I thought that was dumb so I asked Liz what should we name him and she yelled "ababa!" lol that cute poop monster.

Hello! I hope everyone had an awesome weekend. I'm still on a no-buy and it sucks! I want so many things right now. Lame. A few days ago I cut my nails short because they were peeling...again. I haven't finished putting all the giveaway entries into my spreadsheet but it should be done tomorrow. I used 2 coats of Plum Luck and 2 of Hidden Treasure.

Today I woke up at 3pm (since it was Bunny's day off, so he watched Liz), pure awesomeness. It was cloudy and grey outside so I wore something bright. Really bright :D
I used two coats of white nail polish (Sally Hansen's Whirlwind White) and then 2 coats of Sun Worshiper.

My index and ring finger nails broke this morning :(
My mom worked on Mother's Day, so we all went out to eat on Saturday. I bought my mom an elephant glass figurine and a candle, she loves elephants and candles.
My mom let me pick out some nail polishes at Ulta, she wanted to get me a perfume but it was like $80, so I was like you can it for me on Christmas :P
Bunny got me a new Poshe top coat and some clothes from Old Navy.

Sally Hansen- Hidden Treasure over Fairy Teal

Hello everyone! Today I will show you what I've been wearing on my nails since Sunday :D
I used two coats of Fairy Teal over my Poshe base coat and then I sealed it off with my Poshe top coat. After two days I decided to layer Hidden Treasure over Fairy Teal and that time I didn't use my Poshe top coat but it still hasn't chipped at all! (only minor tip wear)

ELF Bubblegum Pink & Haul

Hello! Liz is going to be 11 months tomorrow, yay! Just one more month so we can get her a cake and throw her a little party. :D

Today I will be showing you ELF- Bubblegum Pink (this is my own bottle, I have a brand new one for my giveaway) It's a light hot pink creme (does that makes sense?) I used 2 coats.

I'm going on a no-buy for a month, which also means my mom and Bunny can't buy me anything.
Unless my mom or Bunny want to buy me something for Mother's Day if not oh well.

Hi! Today I went to apply for a job, hopefully I get it so my mom and Bunny can stop buying everything for me, I feel like a bum. :(
But at least my nails are cool :D
I wore eyeshadow today but I rubbed my eye a little and it all came off! I used the ELF eyeshadow primer and it sucks, but I'm too poor to buy the Urban Decay primer. Next time I do my eyeshadow I'll take a picture right after I apply my makeup so I can post it up :]
Oh and yesterday my mom, Bunny, Liz, my brother and I went to the pool. Liz was so cute, at first she was like "wtf, where am I?" but then she started to splash and kick in the water. :]
I can't wait til we all go again.

Hey everyone! Today my nails are actually bare, last night I cut them short again because they were all uneven and they were annoying me. :P
On Monday we went to the orthopedic and Liz got her cast off :]
My mom took me to Micheal's on Tuesday and she bought me some glycerin and fragrances so I can make soap, would you guys like a soap made by me?

Hey everyone. This week has been better, we went to Ikea and it was awesome! Liz was looking around the whole time while she was sitting in Ikea's awesome cart. I didn't get a helmer but hopefully I will next time. At Five Below I found this awesome color, it's from their Alice collection, I got two other colors that I will post later. And Liz wants to crawl but her cast is too heavy, poor baby :(
Funky Fingers: Cheshire- Purple or blue? I think it's both and I love this color. It is now part of my top favorite 5 nail polishes. I used 2 coats here.

Hello readers, today I'm going to show you some past NOTDs and two of my attempts at trying to make my eyeshadow look nice.

Here are some of the polishes from my b-day haul. I took pictures in the shade and then in direct sunlight, Please excuse my stained fingers, I swatched some greens and they stained and sorry I didn't clean up :(

Hot Topic- Periwinkle (2 coats)
I think I could have gotten away with one coat but I used two to even it out. I really really like this color I was going to buy the mint colored one but I'm glad I got this one. Bunny said I have too many mint colors but I will go back for it, tee hee. These nails polishes never have names but it said periwinkle on the receipt lol.

Essie- Funky Limelight (2 coats)
This is really similar to my Gir polish, my hands look really dark. I should have done 3-4 coats

Sally Hansen- Fairy Teal (2 coats)
This color is really cool, when I applied the first coat I was like "Nooo, you better look pretty with another coat" and it did :D
A lot of people don't lke the wide brush on the Sally Hansen polishes but I do, it makes it way easier to apply.

Sorry I'm behind everyone! The sun was out so I swatched day 5,6,7 and 8. I didn't clean up because I was in a hurry, Liz gets mad if all the attention isn't on her. I also swatched some of the polishes from my b-day haul so I'll post those later today and tomorrow I will swatch the rest.

Finally I can post this, earlier today I took pictures of my bare nails. o_O

I cut them...I don't know why though lol

So far I really like this top coat, my peeling hasn't gotten worse, I think my nails are heeling :]
It dries really quick but honestly it doesn't leave them as glossy and smooth like Seche Vite but it does dry nails quick and that's awesome! Also when I used to use Seche Vite, my polish chipped quicker, I haven't seen how long Poshe lasts but I wore it for two days straight and there were no chips and with Seche Vite sometimes I would have a minor chip after ONE day!
Oh and when I used Poshe over my konad, it doesn't shrink it looks normal. I haven't tried Poshe over stickers and decals yet but I will :D

You can ask me any more questions about Poshe in the comments, because I know I forgot some stuff :P

My 19th Birthday

It was awesome! Go watch it!
2:30AM- Came home and went to sleep
11:00AM- Woke up and my mom bought home my favorite cake from Cold Stone (Cookies & Creamery)
11:05AM- Bunny came home with my favorite cake from Cold Stone...lol. I ended up with two cakes because he thought my mom forgot to buy it but she bought it while he was cashing his check so they didn't know that both of them bought a cake :D
1:00PM- Went to a Chinese food buffet
3:00PM- Came home to restock on formula for Liz and I added the white rabbit and black ruffian to my manicure meanwhile.
3:45PM- headed to Ulta and the mall
- Went to Target
- Went to Claire's
- Ate Japanese chicken at the food court
- Went to Victoria's Secret to smell the perfumes lol
- Went to Hot Topic
9:00PM- Came home and went to sleep!

I really hate hot weather but this winter sucks (with all the snow and shit) so much that I actually can't wait for the summer. Hello everyone! I went to see Avatar on Wednesday with my Bunny since it was his day off then we went out to eat and then we went to Five Below. Last night I didn't know what color to paint my nails until I went through my purse and I found some cute candy that my Bunny got for me at Blockbuster a few weeks ago :D

I finally got my Poshe topcoat on Saturday and Bunny bought me a new polish from Wal-Mart since we went to buy Liz's diapers. Risk Taker is a weird color, I don't know what label to put it under: Gold, bronze, greyish? lol I'm putting it under "Weird Color" :D

I think I ate too many waffles, my tummy hurts. Today I did a blue manicure because I kept seeing swatches of OPI-Suzi says Feng Shui, it looks so pretty, I want it! Also my mom got me some konad plates from OC Nail Art and they came today. She got them for me as a birthday gift, even though it's next month. But I wanted them now, so no presents for me on my actual birthday lol

WTF! It's snowing again! Supposedly we are suppose to get 6-8 inches of snow, and it's suppose to snow tomorrow too. Just when the street were clearing up a little... Last week I got this in the mail from eBay but I wanted to wait til after Valentine's Day to wear it.
This color is so pretty! My camera doesn't really show it though. If only it were sunny :(

Sally Hansen: Wet Cement- A pretty light grey cream. I used two coats.

Wet'n Wild: Tickled Pink- A light pink creme. I have so much nail polish but I didn't own a light pink creme until now, lol. I used three coats.

Nicole by OPI: Let's Get Star-ted- Purple stars with multi-glitter

Sinful Colors: Mint Apple- A minty color with shimmer. I used two coats.

Hello! I hope is having a great day. Some people don't like Valentine's day but to me it's a day a can go out to eat with my husband and eat chocolate all day :]

This morning I did my nails, I used the Sweetheart candy hearts as my inspiration, lol. I bought some nail decals from this eBay seller again-> click. This manicure will stay on until Monday because it's awesome. The Daily Nail and PHD also did a Sweetheart manicure, they're cool :]

Nail Tek II Foundation Update

I've been using Nail Tek II foundation for 13 days now, and I think it's pretty cool. The only bad thing is that my nails are still peeling but they grew quicker. I'm going to keep using for a while longer but if the peeling gets worse I'm just going to experiment with a bunch of different bases. My nails do feel stronger, it's just the peeling that sucks.

This is the mani I did on Wednesday. It kind of looks like I have mannequin hands but the color is really a darker pink in person. I got the panda nail decals from this eBay seller -> Click

This is my current mani, I plan to change it later today. I absolutely love this light purple, I can honesty say it's my favorite nail polish color :] The hearts are kind of annoying to get out from the bottle but they are really cute and it doesn't really show in the picture but it has multi color glitter too :D

OPI Sapphire in the Snow

When the OPI Holiday Wishes collection came out, I reeaallllyyy wanted Ginger Bells, Holiday Glow, Merry Midnight. and Shim-Merry Chic. When I showed my Bunny the collection he said Sapphire in the Snow color was the best, because it's blue lol. Sapphire in the Snow looked nice but I wasn't sure about it, then I saw it on eBay so I just bought it. It's a pretty color but it's not one of my favorites. It looks way prettier around bright lights, in artificial lights it looks like a really dark purple or navy blue sometimes...

Sapphire in the Snow is a blurple color, it looks an eggplant and a blueberry had a baby :D

Hi everyone, today I will show you GREEN polishes! I love green, it's awesome. My old room is green, my iPod is green, my old phone is green...ok I'll shut up, tee hee. I want to go out but we're snowed in. We can't drive anywhere, the snow is really high and my neighborhood sucks because they haven't cleaned the streets yet.

China Glaze: Re-fresh Mint: This color is way greener than Essie's MCA and it only takes two coats for full opacity, not 3-4 like MCA. I love this color :]

Nina Ultra Pro: Leaf me Alone- This took three coats to get it opaque. I think this is dupe of OPI's Greenwich Village, I haven't compared them on my nails but I'm pretty sure they are dupes. I like this color it reminds me of green apples.

I'm wearing my Nail Tek II under both manicures and Seche Vite top coat.
I think the Nail Tek II is making them longer already! YAY!
I will take some pictures of my bare nails on Saturday to compare them to the pictures I took of them on Feb. 1st

Orly: Wandering Vine- Pretty dark green creme, great application but it chipped in one day. Maybe because I have to wash baby bottles all the time.

YUM! I love candy and chocolate. :]

Wet'n Wild polish in Wild Orchid and some lotions that were buy one, get one half off at Rite Aid. The Water Lily is for my mom :P

Yesterday my TD order came and I took pictures but I didn't get a chance to upload them until now. Last night I applied Nail Tek foundation II and I decided to leave it on until my nail polish chips, I'm currently wearing CG-Grape Pop over it :]

I'm going to start a nail treatment and I need opinions please?? I use OPI Ridge Filler most of the time when I paint my nails but recently they started peeling badly. Then I started to use Nicole Nail Strengthener as a base but it just whitened my nails a bit and it didn't really make them stronger. I was thinking of using OPI Nail Envy or Sally Hansen Hard as Wraps, but if you use a different treatment or base that you would like to recommend, please let me know :]

Hi readers... I'm annoyed and sad right now, my nails hurt because I cut them really short. This morning they were peeling while I was swatching, so I decided to cut them. Bad idea. Here are some really crappy swatches of some of the colors from my last haul. Sorry for the crappy pictures, my nails are messed up and I think my swatches look better in artificial light?

Pure Ice: Love- is a light pink with slight shimmer, this was 2 coats, I think 3 would've looked better
Pure Ice: Taupe Drawer- this doesn't even look taupe, it looks more like a peachy tan
I had an older bottle of Taupe Drawer that I can't find and I remember it was waayyy darker than this bottle. WTF?

Maybelline: Timely Turquoise- the color is nice but the application sucked, my other Maybelline polishes aren't all watery like this one.

Hola everyone! Right now I feel like poo because I have a cold. My Bunny made me a franken a while ago which he named "Purple Nurple". I wanted to show him that I liked that color that he made for me by painting them last night. "Purple Nurple" needed two coats, I think three would have made it darker but I was sleepy :(
